Landscape design is the simple use of plants in the attempt to gain the goal of happiness and harmony with your plants and your home.
This process often is different one property to another. This is why I have decided to allow you to determine how much information you need. The reason for this is because often times Landscape design can be quite meticulous, take large amounts of time and require a professional of experience and knowledge.
Understanding this is why I have decided to allow you to decide where to exit in our Landscape design process.
Sometimes a simple consultation will be enough to lock in that idea you were planning on doing. We can then take it a step further and take pictures to superimpose our ideas so we can have a visual reference to your design plan. Last step we can take it further and draw out a measured design with an exact plant count and even estimates on costs for your new landscape to be implemented.
The point is we should talk.
My Tools are Your Tools
First off I always love to start by reducing myself to my common tools. I have only the teachings of a person who has the desire is to learn. A long time ago I decided that I really want to know how to maintain properties and how to take care of plants. This has evolved to an understanding of different ways to use plant materials to get a desired effect. Other than my time in service my tools are just like your tools. I also am always looking for a way to get what I want. The best quality but for the cheapest price without compromise.
Programs?
Landscape design is an elegant art form. Originally the images produced and sold were created by hand. These days however we have an advantage to be able to help us literal art failures.
The programs the pros use are expensive. If you have a cool $1500 then I will point you to what I think is the best on the market right now Prolanscape.com
For the rest of us phleubs I point towards iscape. iscape can let you borrow their programs at a monthly rate so once you got what you need RUN!!!

At the end of my design process, I hope to leave you with an understanding on what the next step is to capture that vision that you have been dreaming of. Whether it be just a verbal consultation or ending with full material and hourly cost for implementations. I am here for you!
Consultations
I generally find that talk is cheap as we can go over a wide range of topics and clear up many topics in such a short amount of time. What I like to talk about are what steps I would normally take next on the topics of exterior property Maintenace or implementation of a new design.
